A Notary You Don't Have to Hunt For
Needing something notarized always seems to happen on a deadline. There is a certified notary public at our San Juan office six days a week — and when you can't get here, we come to you. The same desk prepares documents, handles translations and apostilles, and files the paperwork that starts a business.
We Come to You
Mobile Notary Service Across the Rio Grande Valley
Some signatures can't happen at an office. A parent in a nursing facility, a relative in the hospital, a workplace that can't stop mid-shift — the notary packs the seal and comes to them.
Homes
Wills, guardianship authorizations and family paperwork, signed at your own kitchen table.
Hospitals & Nursing Facilities
Bedside signings for patients and residents. The signer still needs a valid photo ID and must be awake and willing.
Offices & Workplaces
Employment contracts and business documents notarized on site, so the workday keeps moving.
Detention Facilities
Signings coordinated around each facility's visiting rules. Call ahead so we can plan it right.
Mobile visits run by appointment across San Juan, Pharr, Alamo, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission and Weslaco. Tell us the where and when, and we will set the time and tell you what to have ready.
What We Handle
Document Notarization & Preparation
Affidavits, acknowledgements and jurats are the everyday work — sworn statements that need a witness with a seal. Selling a vehicle brings in bills of sale and title transfer forms; families bring wills, warranty deeds and guardianship authorizations.
We prepare common forms and notarize them in the same visit. What a notary cannot do is tell you which document you need or what it should say — that is legal advice, and it belongs with an attorney.
Paperwork That Travels
Document Translations & Apostilles
In the Valley, paperwork crosses borders all the time — birth certificates, school records, powers of attorney headed to family in another country. A document leaving the U.S. usually needs an apostille before officials abroad will accept it.
We translate personal and business documents and handle the apostille request through the Texas Secretary of State. Bring the original, tell us where it is going, and we will get the paperwork moving.
Business Services
Business Formation: LLC, DBA, EIN & Sales Tax
Starting a business means a stack of registrations before your first sale. We sit down with you and help you file each one, at the same desk on Expressway 83.
LLC & DBA Formation
Formation paperwork for a new LLC, or the DBA filing for the name you do business under. We prepare it and file it with the state.
EIN Registration
The federal tax ID your business needs before it can open a bank account, hire, or file returns. We register it for you.
Sales Tax Setup
Sales tax permit registration with the Texas State Comptroller, so your business can collect and report from day one.
We prepare and file the registrations — we do not advise which business structure fits your situation. That decision belongs with an attorney or tax professional.
Before You Come In
Four things that save a second trip — at the office or on a mobile visit. The third one catches people out most often.
Valid Photo ID
Current and unexpired. Every person signing needs their own — no exceptions on this one.
The Complete Document
All pages, nothing left blank. Incomplete documents cannot be notarized.
Don't Sign It Yet
The notary has to witness the signature. Signing at home usually means starting over.
Everyone Who Signs
If the document needs two signatures or witnesses, bring those people with you.
