The County Seat Drive, in Reverse
Edinburg is where the county keeps its records. The Hidalgo County Courthouse sits on Closner Boulevard, and if you have ever needed a certified copy, a probate file, or a signature witnessed by someone official, you have already made that drive.
What Edinburg has fewer of is one office that handles the tax return, the credit report and the notary stamp in a single sitting — and is still open when the follow-up letter arrives in August. We are fifteen minutes south on I-69C, at 200 W Expressway 83, Suite D in San Juan. Same office in February, June and November, with the same people reading your file.

Finding Us
Straight Down I-69C
US-281 — Interstate 69C — runs the length of Edinburg north to south. Whether you start near the courthouse on Closner, come off University Drive by the UTRGV campus, or head down past Bert Ogden Arena, it is the same road south.
Eight miles down, I-69C meets Expressway 83. Turn east and 200 W Expressway 83, Suite D is a few minutes along in San Juan. About fifteen minutes door to door, right on the frontage road.
Why Edinburg Chooses Us
Paperwork That Has to Be Right
In the county seat, people already know what a document costs when it is wrong. That is the standard we work to.
Notary On Site
A certified notary public six days a week. Affidavits, court documents, wills, trusts and custody agreements — signed and stamped while you wait.
Open All Year
Monday through Saturday, 9 to 5, every month. When a filing deadline or a county deadline lands in August, the office is still open.
Four Things, One Trip
Taxes, credit, insurance and notary under one roof. Worth fifteen minutes when it saves you three separate errands.
