Where Pharr Ends, We Begin
San Juan starts where Pharr stops. The office is at 200 W Expressway 83, Suite D, less than two miles from the city line — a four-minute drive from most of Pharr, and a building plenty of people here pass on the way to work without ever registering it.
Which takes away the usual reason for putting a tax return off, that there is no time to get across the Valley. Income tax preparation, credit repair, insurance and certified notary work all happen in one office, six days a week, twelve months a year. Not January through April and then a locked door with a phone number nobody picks up.

Finding Us
Two Miles Down 83
Expressway 83 runs the length of Pharr and straight on into San Juan — the two cities share a line. Come off Cage Boulevard, up from Las Milpas and the international bridge, or along the Business 83 frontage. It is the same short run east.
Two miles later you are at 200 W Expressway 83, Suite D, right on the frontage road. Shorter than most errands you already run, and there is parking at the door.
Why Pharr Chooses Us
Close Enough to Be Your Regular Office
Pharr is the shortest drive of any city we serve. That makes us less of a once-a-year stop and more of somewhere you actually use.
Bridge-Side Returns
Trucking, produce and logistics work means 1099s, owner-operator returns and small business filings. That is ordinary work here, not an exception.
Four Minutes, Six Days
Walk in Monday through Saturday without planning around it. A notary signature or a dropped-off document costs you ten minutes round trip.
Open All Year
The same office and the same people in July as in February. When a letter arrives after the season, you are not starting over somewhere new.
