One Office, One Person, Start to Finish
Loyalty Pro Services handles income tax preparation for families and small businesses across San Juan, Alamo, McAllen, Edinburg and Mission. You are not passing your paperwork through a call center. You bring what you have, we tell you what is missing, and we file it electronically so it moves as fast as the IRS allows.
Where We Start
Income Tax Return Preparation
Most people walk in holding a folder and hoping it is enough. We open it with you and work through it line by line — W-2s, 1099s, dependents, deductions you qualify for and ones you do not.
Nothing gets filed until you understand what is on it. If something looks off, we stop and ask rather than guessing on your behalf.
Filed Electronically
Income Tax Return Filing
Paper returns sit in a queue. We file through our e-file system, which is the fastest path a return can take, and you get confirmation once the IRS accepts it.
After that the clock belongs to the IRS. We will tell you what to expect and how to check on it — what we will not do is invent a date nobody controls.
For Owners
Business Tax Services
Running a shop in the Valley means the books rarely close themselves. Bring your income and expense records for the year — receipts in a shoebox still count as records.
We will work through what you have, tell you plainly what is missing, and file once it holds together. If you are self-employed and this is your first year, say so and we will start from the beginning.
If a Letter Shows Up
IRS Audit Representation
An envelope from the IRS is the kind of mail people leave on the counter for a week. Open it, then bring it to us.
Most notices have a response window, and the worst thing you can do is wait it out. We will read it with you, explain what is actually being asked, and handle the response.
Across the Valley
Local Tax Return Preparation
The office sits on Expressway 83 in San Juan, right where Pharr begins. McAllen, Edinburg and Mission are all a short drive, and we see people from every one of them through the season.
If getting here is the hard part, start on the phone or WhatsApp. Plenty of clients send questions ahead and come in once, to sign.

Ask About It In Person
Tax Refund Advance up to $7,000
If waiting on the IRS is not realistic this year, ask about the refund advance when you come in. Approval takes minutes and it is handled in person at the San Juan office — it cannot be done over the phone.
What to Bring With You
This covers most returns. If your situation is unusual, call ahead and we will tell you what applies before you drive out.
Identification
A valid photo ID, plus Social Security cards for you and everyone else listed on the return.
Income Forms
W-2s from every job you worked, and any 1099s if you were paid as a contractor or self-employed.
Last Year's Return
Bring a copy if you can find one. It is not required, but it makes the whole visit faster.
Dependent Records
If you are claiming dependents, bring their documents. For a business, bring income and expense records.
